How do I merge duplicate profiles when one is private and profile manager cannot be contacted?

Hi Linda, welcome aboard.  The policies and procedures for merging are described here:

You can go ahead and propose the merge now, and if the profile manager does not respond within 30 days, then you or any member can complete it.

I guess I asked the question wrong. I already proposed the merges one April, one May and one I re did the merge June 17. The profile manager is not responding. I need her to complete the merge because she has the profiles as private.

If a profile manager isn't responding, you need to follow the Unresponsive Profile Manager procedure at https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Help:Unresponsive_Profile_Managers

It is fairly straightforward to do.
