Folks how do I change my email address from an old one to my new one as I cannot log into my tree using the old one [closed]

Foks, My name is Derwyn Ross and am the Admin for https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Ross-4938   ....  my old email address was [redacted by moderator] but has been closed for sometime now. I would like to edit my profile to reflect my new email address  [redacted by moderator] but it seems I am unable to sign in to accomplish this... any help would be great.
