Do you have info on a William Haggis born 1780?

Question

Hi, my 5x great grandfather is a William Haggis born about 1780 (i dont know where) and he died in 1819 in Shoreditch, London. I would like to take the Haggis line back a bit further but i am stuck.

I found a possible parent connection for him but do you know if this cant be right?

William Haggis born 1748 Cambridge and Sarah Turner.

Any advice will be much appreciated.
