I have requested to be added to the trusted list for my 2nd Great-Grandfather and have not had any response. Because of this I can not add my branch to this portion of the family tree. What to do??

I see where you had posted to Wendi's bulletin board on 1/25 and there have been no contributions since December 27, 2013.  In order to allow for folks who may be on vacation or otherwise away from WikiTree for a bit, we wait until they have been inactive for 60 days before taking action.  (Please see http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Unresponsive_Profile_Managers)  If the profile manager hasn't responded by 2/27 (give or take), go ahead and submit an Open Profile Request.  You can find the link in the bottom right corner of the profile that you need access to.

You should also use the link on the profile for a trusted list application, if  you did not do that already, the unresponsive manager form asks that you do both things. Check the page Allen pointed to for the requirments.
