why do I lose spouses during GEDCOM additions?

When I create a GEDCOM that includes spouses I can find the spouses still there when I view the raw uploaded GEDCOM but they are not offered for comparison or addition in the GEDCOM review table.  Why not?

Gosh, Dan, I wish I'd known about that easy way back in 1980, when it took two long years of protracted legal battles to lose my spouse!
Ha-Ha.  And my way seems to loose lots of them at one time!
I finally found out that this is a problem of my own making and not the fault of WikiTree.  Sorry.
