Phebe Spencer is wife of Joseph Hopkins born 1667 and the mother of Joseph Jr. Why isn't she listed on the file?

Phebe Spencer married Joseph Hopkins and is suppose to be the mother of Joseph Jr. She died around the time of his birth and Sr. married Martha Whaley around 1701 or 02. When did this information change.

I took out ruth and put in phoebe.
