Adding my wife's DNA results

I was instructed to get my wife to reply to an email to become a member of WikiTree and could therefore add her DNA results to out family profile.

She responded to the email, but I cannot find it anywhere.

Please help

Have you created a profile for your wife? On the 'edit' page of her profile, enter her e-mail address just below the entry for gender, and click 'save changes'. That will send an e-mail to her inviting her to become a family member on WikiTree. She needs to respond to that e-mail to make her the profile manager of her own profile. Then she will need to add her own DNA test information to her profile. You can't do that for her.
