What I mean is that if I come upon a profile that has had recent changes and I can not really tell until I click and revert back - can that in turn be undone?  Effectively reversing the undo?

If you click the activity feed on a profile, you can then click the action that was done (so like, edited the biography, etc) and then compare the revision with the previous profile. It makes no sense to roll it back.
