Looking for Sara Haney Martin's parents

Question

Sara Haney's brother was John M Haney (my great great grandfather) from Upshur Co Wv.  I'm pretty sure their parents were John & Margaret Haney of Boothsville, Harrison co Va.  Need to find where John & Margaret came from.  Sarah's info says she was born in Pa.  Do you have any idea where?

In my grandmother's notes next to Sarah Haney's birth and death record is written "Clay District". I don't know if this is related to her place of birth or death. Other notes say that her parents were John and Margaret Haney. Handwritten next to Margaret is "Miller?", possibly her maiden name. That's all I have on the Haneys.
