I wanted to share this court document of Jarrett Willingham with the community. Location: Henderson County, Ky. Date: Dec 1857.

This document along with the other 3 establishes the fact that Willingham-629 died before December 1857.  It also establishes that his widow Mason Willingham was still alive and shopping in December 1857.

It truly amazes me the way they broke down estates in the 1800s down to the ladles, cows, etc.

I find the wills fascinating, and am reading your as soon as I discover them.  To some people they may be boring, but I delight in reading them
