What is the source of Picture wikitree.com/photo.php/e/e6/Carter-1548.jpg?

The photo mentioned in my question is helpful to my research but there is no reference as to where it came from.  It shows a page written on the day after the death of Levi Carter, 22 APR 1811, Greene County, TN. It has a transcription of his will. Is this a government journal, church journal? I need a photo of the cover or other proof of origin for SAR application.

Paul, the link you gave to the picture goes to the page that displays it full size.  The actual page for the image has additional information about it and is supposed to include the source, as well as evidence of permission to use it here.  That page is at:  https://www.wikitree.com/photo/jpg/Carter-1548

The only comment there is "Ancestry" instead of a link to the image on ancestry.com's website and a statement about permission to use it here.  From what I can see, my guess is that image probably should not be on WikiTree but there could be a link on WikiTree to the ancestry page that displays it there.  I realize that only people who have paid for an ancestry subscription would be able to see it that way, but I also believe that ancestry does not permit copying of their images and uploading them elsewhere (like here).  I might be wrong about that ... and I hope I am!

Thanks, Gaile.

I dug around a bit and found that the image is from a microfilm roll, Tennessee Wills and Probate, Greene County, County Court Clerk, by Tennessee State Library and Archives Technical Services Section. It is image #58. Turns out that I didn't use it after all - it provided a date of death but the SAR application I'm reviewing (I'm SAR Chapter Registrar) references a DAR application. The latter's documentation should cover it without me adding more docs to the application and confusing the State/National reviewers. They're happy with DAR's work. It was fun looking, though!
