Need help with a German Ancestor

I am researching my 3x great grandmother Ginna Blengsinger. The spelling of first and last name is not for sure. I am hoping some of you German wiz people may be able to shed some light on this. Her is what we have put together on her, although the fact may not be correct.

*born in Germany around 1800-1810. We are guessing more 1805.

*She was a weaver.

*She likely boarded ship in Hamburg between 1820-1822 and landed in port of New Orleans.

*She was said to be indentured and was bought by Jesse Greer who was a merchant.

*He later married her when his wife passed away in 1822.

*Rumor has it that she was Jewish. Either phased out her DNA or she was Jewish by religion not blood. I don't show any Jewish.

*Another passed down spelling was Bloodstringer.

*She died 03/19/1941 in Ruth, Lincoln County, Mississippi

Her profile still needs a lot of work and sourcing is very scarce. I think if I can break the name wall, I might be able to figure out more about this lady.

If she left from Hamburg maybe you can find her in the Hamburg passenger lists, unfortunately only on Ancestry.com. But if you can find candidates there, there are often last places of residence listed. Without a place to narrow down the search you are looking for one person out of 22 million in 1800.

I have been unable to locate any records. I think it's because the name may be quite off. That is more of what I am looking for answers too. Maybe someone may recognize the surname or know of a few possible Spellings that would be German or Jewish even. She certainly has been a needle in our family haystack.
