G2G: how do I get my email confirmed so I can start working on my tree???

I received the email confirmation and have clicked on the link many times, but each time I try to start building my tree, I get a message that says my email has not been confirmed.  I am ready to leave and go somewhere else.  Why is this so difficult??

Your email has been confirmed and you are a member of WikiTree. You may add your family tree any time you wish. I would suggest you go to the New Member How-To Pages for help in getting started and answers to questions.

If you are still having problems, try logging out of WikiTree and back in again. Sometimes this will clear things. Or you can email info @ WikiTree.com for help.

I still continue to get the message that my email has not been confirmed. I even logged out and back in thinking this would clear it up after receiving a message that I have been confirmed.

You might need to reboot your computer and/or clear the cache. If this does not work, email info @ WikiTree.com (leave out spaces) and explain the problem. They can help.
