Searching Unsourced Profiles in state / county, country

Question

Is it possible to search Unsourced Profiles in country instead of either century or surname please.

Category:Unsourced_Profiles has several subcategories such as Category:North_America_Unsourced_Profiles. The subcategories on this page contain among others Category:United_States_Unsourced_Profiles. The next level has the states suca as Category:Minnesota_Unsourced_Profiles.

This seems to only work for those profiles that were manually put into a regional category. If they were only marked as {{Unsourced}} they don't show up in the categories. Perhaps EditBot could go through and periodically add the regional information.

Does that apply for Australia as well?

I have gone to Unsourced Profiles to help with those profiles. So therefore I have no particular surname to search and only have information on a couple of states in Australia.

Yes, when you are at the Category:Unsourced profiles page you just choose Category:Australia_Unsourced_Profiles . There you can choose your state.
