FamilySearch/Family Tree has no export option, although I believe you can synchronize Family Tree with certain, approved, genealogy programs, and in principle could export a gedcom from there. ancestry does have an export option.

Once you have exported the data as a gedcom you can start the import process at WikiTree.

You certainly can download a gedcom from Ancestry and bring those people to WikiTree (if they aren't already here). Here is a walk through on how to add your gedcom to WikiTree:
