Shanks/Parker Madison County, TX

Question

I have no Wikitree Profile for the lady I am searching for.

I am looking for Trubye Parker (Shanks) who married Thomas Riley Parker in 1935 in Madison County, TX.

I have exhausted all resources on My Heritage, Ancestry, Family Search, and Wikitree. I was wondering if anyone might could help.

She was born in 1907 in Texas and is Thomas Riley Parker's second wife.

Well I think I figured it out.

I found a Truby Merkel Reid born 1906 in Bedias TX to RE Reid and Mittie Bagwell. I also found that Thomas Riley Parker married a Truby M Shanks in 1935. In the 1940 Census she lists her birth place as Bedias, Grimes, TX. Then I found an obituary that mentioned a Truby Merkel Nichols who was born to R.E. Reid and Mittie Bagwell in Bedias, TX. So it seems like she had several marriages over the years and one was not recorded but her final marriage was to Samuel Hayden Nichols. The weird thing is that in 1963 R.E. filed an amendment to her birth certificate and changed the place of birth to Dublin, TX.
