A merge has been approved by both Profile Managers, but I cannot do the merge because I am not on either Trusted List.

Question

Do I now write to both Profile Managers and ask them to do it? Why can they not work it out for themselves?

The manager of the green-locked profile has to complete the merge.

I guess the green-locked manager approved the merge first, or it would have been completed with the second aproval.

So, give that manager a friendly nudge.

This inconvenience will be amended (it's somewhere in the queue of tech jobs to be done).
