Camidge Family Update (From Yorkshire to Australia) - Volunteers Wanted

+4 votes

Earlier this week someone posted about the need to fix up the Camidge Family, of Yorkshire, profiles. I'm going through now and adding primary sources and biographies.

One of the family, Charles Edward who was born in 1837, became a Bishop in Australia. The others are prominent musicians and well connected to the church.

I'm looking for some volunteers:

1. Anyone to go through secondary sources - there are a lot of books and websites about this family and individuals in this family.

2. Anyone interested in Musicians, Religious Musicians, Vicars and Church Officials to add specialised sources and context.

3. Anyone from the Australia project to get involved with Charles Edward - he is listed in the Australian Dictionary of Biography. - No profile but his father is Camidge-63.

4. I'm using FamilySearch for the primary sources so if anyone has other sources or databases please get involved, and anyone who likes biographies get involved too.

* Is the notable project or any other project interested? You can get in touch with Yorkshire leader Joan Whitaker (Williams-47589).
