Have you looked in Jacobus’ Families of Ancient New Haven? This family might be a little late to have been included in this work, but it is worth a look. I believe it is on Ancestry, but it can be downloaded from a number of sites.

Yes, to Ancient Families of New Haven, also Prindle Genealogy (Lydia's husband was Joseph Prindle Clarke of West Haven), and Kenneth Lord's genealogy, etc. Lydia's father, Jabez Lord, Jr., died when she was 4. Betsey Beecher, widow of Jabez, Jr. survived him and remarried, so she must have been Lydia's mother, but I can't find anything that specifically says that..
