Is there a project that covers these pre-1700 people?

I want to help contribute to the deep genealogy on our shared tree.

1.) Geographical region and time period:   [Your answer here.]

2.) Some example names and dates:   [Your answer here.]

3.) Source(s) for my information on them:   [Your answer here.]

Before I get started adding and changing profiles, can you tell me if there is a WikiTree project that would cover these people? If so, how do I get in touch with the project members to coordinate and collaborate on the profiles?

Hello Harry, Please give us more information about the pre-1700 profile your are working on by filling in the bracketed areas where it says Your answer here.
Hello Lynda, As the (your answer here) spaces won't let me in, I try my luck with you. I am working on my family tree in the 16th and 17th centuries in Westfalia, Germany. I have information gathered during visits to churches and Bishopric Records in Münster during the 70's and 80's. Most of my information has been recorded in WikkiTree. There are some gaps and errors that need attention before I give up. I'm 88 next month and still enjoy working on it. If anyone else is working on the name Boeckers or variants of it I will be happy to assist or persevere. Kind regards, Harry. (Beukers - 5)
Hello Harry, If you click on the edit button underneath your original question you should be able to make changes in the boxes that ask for your answer. I am not familiar with which projects cover that geographical area and timeframe, but hopefully someone else will be able to answer that. If you don’t find a relevant project then just go ahead with the profiles that need your attention. Good luck with your work on the gaps and errors.

Amy, the name is Boeckers, in Westfalia in 16th and 17th centuries.

Hi Harry,

I guess the German Roots Project would be the one that covers your Westfalia profiles. Adding the tag german_roots to your question will help getting the attention of the project members.

Thank you for being so enthousiastic and eager to help! Best of luck!
