Must be my New Win10 computer, the old  XP works fine. I'd never have thouoht a new   computer wouldn't work better than an old one.

I just tried Win10 and it worked. You might check your security settings for the browser. WIn10 has gotten quite complicated in that respect. You might also try clearing the cache. I don't normally use Windows so have a completely different set of random problems.

Check to see whether your anti-virus software on your new computer may be blocking it. You might have to specifically allow it the first time you access the site.

Try a different browser. I find that helps when I can't get something to load in Windows 10.
