template and single-sex marriages

I suppose this is a policy question but more a software question -- if I find at some point in the future that I have to deal with a legal same-sex marriage, legal meaning registered at the County and State, is the Cyber Gnome going to argue with me about the fact that "husband" and "wife" are the same sex, like xx and xx or xy and xy? And if it does want to argue, can I over-ride the Cyber Gnome with the SAVE ANYWAY command?

I had to try and was able to "save anyway" a marriage between two males.

The other thing is it triggers a suggestion that must then be marked false.

Thank you, Juha -- This is good news and very helpful. The Cyber Gnome CAN be over-ridden by the SAVE ANYWAY button AND when Ales makes a suggestion, one can tag the Suggestion as "false".
