Hello, lovelies!

Eliza CHEESEMAN was born in Boughton-under-Blean, Kent, in 1842 as the daughter of William CHEESEMAN. I found marriage records of William CHEESEMAN to an Elizabeth FULLER dated 1840, however, aside from this, I have no close matches to anyone who may be Eliza's mother. Is anyone able to help?

There's an Elizabeth Cheesman (note the spelling) born in Blean in 1843, mother's maiden name Colyear. I can't find an Eliza Cheeseman born in 1842 in Blean in GRO or FreeBMD.

The most likely in the 1851 census is Elizabeth Cheeseman born 1842/3 Blean.

But father is Henry and by then a widower.

An Eliza Cheeseman's birth was registered in Maidstone district in 1843.

Boughton, is within this Maidstone registration district. The GRO birth record for Eliza, notes her mother's maiden surname as Bolton.
