Do others looking for Clifton family help have any dates and names for the KY Clifton group?  I have family who moved there.  It's hard to help connect the dots when others' don't post their dots.

Thanks for the fast reply.... this post was, originally, meant for someone in the Clifton group asking for help.  I was replying to it asking for their information.  We have our Clifton family back to the 1100's in Clifton England.... my direct ancestor was captured in the Civil war and afterwards stayed in KY where family still resides.   Thank you Wayne for your kind offer to help.   My intentions was only to help another looking for family also.

Hmmm, Do you mean Frances Adiline "Addie" Brown, nee Clifton married to Harvey Thomas Brown (11 Jan 1904 - Boyd, Kentucky, USA)? (Marriage Record Image)  I can't tell as you have no sources for either Profile which coincidentally also makes it hard for other folks to make connections.  Not saying anything, I'm just saying.  ;)

This is my maternal g grandmother you are referring to.  Her ancestors are from Clifton England and we have sources back to the 1100's in our lineage.... this post was, originally, meant to be for someone asking about help in their Clifton ancestors from Kentucky and had only their name with no parents or other family listed.... just saying.
