Category issues for two cemeteries in St. Matthews, Calhoun County, South Carolina

Once again, I have erred in a category creation.  I have fixed some of my mistakes (while probably creating others).  The two cemeteries are West End Cemetery in St. Matthews, Calhoun County, South Carolina and Gethsemane Baptist Church Cemetery in St. Matthews, Calhoun County, South Carolina.  I have Gethsemane Cemetery in the correct category except I have a mistake in the name of the cemetery category: St. Mathews instead of St. Matthews.  I cannot figure out how to edit that.  The West End Cemetery category is in St. Mathews -- the town category was already present but it appears it is spelled St. Matthews.  St. Mathews is a mispelling and should be St. Matthews.  Can someone with some category editing experience fix this?  Also, can you please explain what you did so we can all learn?  Thanks so much!

Both are fixed now.. I marked the old misspelled ones for deletion, so they will be removed when the editbot gets to it.  You may want to add details about the cemeteries in their Edit boxes.

Thanks Robert!  I was actually getting ready to look for info on the cemeteries when I noticed I had a little problem. blush

The setup looks good but as far as the name error, you will have to recreate it with the correct name and then have the old incorrect name deleted. It is sort of like LNAB where you only really get it changed by merging into the correct one.

I'd suggest setting it up with the correct spelling and use that one instead. I'm notifying others in categorization so we can have the mis-spelled one removed.

Thanks -- I did look for a merge link when edit wouldn't work.
I think the best thing until I get the details otherwise is just put in bold on the description "This category needs to be deleted"  and then let someone in categorization know after you move everything over to the correct one. Give us the link though. ;)
I found where Robert deleted the misspelled ones. We are also taking care of St. Mathew, Saint Matthew, and possibly a freespace page that is empty for St. Mathew.

Full clean deal. ;)
Thanks, Steven, I didn’t look further for those.
