The Blundering Genealogist blogger (who is a WikiTree user) has posted her recent interview with Curtis Rogers https://www.theblunderingdnagenealogist.com/2018/07/an-interview-with-curtis-rogers-man.html WikiTree is mentioned a couple of times :-)

P.S. Curtis Rogers is shown in a photo diving with sharks.  On his sleeve reads “Stuart Cove”.  Stuart was my next door neighbour and best childhood friend.  We learned to SCUBA dive together (my claim to fame;-)

Wow! Very interesting! Thanks for sharing!

I like this particular question/answer, because I think it would make a great G2G question! Call me crazy, but I have an interest in the possibility of past lives so I often think about this kind of thing while doing my geneaology research.

What countries have you visited that created an “I’ve been here before” feeling (if any)?
I have lived overseas, been around the world seven times, visited where my ancestors lived, but sorry to say, I have never had a deja vu feeling.

I have had a very strong been there and knew what was around the next bend when we went to visit Walnut Canyon in Arizona.  It was like I had come :"home" and that was odd because I have no Native Ancestry in my DNA but yet I have had a lot of contact with Native cultures and have been told by many people that they thought I had Native ancestry.  Even one of te officials at the Smithsonian thought I had Mandan heritage.  I am 25% paper trail Scottish but DNA says 57% British Isles which is only from my Dad's side.  My Mom is German / Swiss.
