Are people still accepted into Euroaristo?

I applied a few days ago to join the Euroaristo project, but haven't heard back.  I noticed the G2G thread you're supposed to reply to hasn't had a response/acceptance since late May, and was wondering if I put my request in the right place?

Is it normal for project managers to only occasionally review join requests?  As I'm very new, I'm not sure what to expect.

Here's the link to the thread:

Sorry Matt, one of the leaders of the EuroAristo  project who usually responds to those requests is busy with other things and I keep on forgetting to go in and do that myself.  I'll look at it now.

Not a problem at all, and there certainly was no rush.  More curious about what's the norm and understanding expectations and such.

Thanks again for the approval, of course!
