Here is the format I have been using, based on what I have seen at Evidence Explained (from
https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/DeVito-37):
Provincia di Bari, Comune di Toritto, Registro Degli Atti di Nascita, anno 1893. No. 306, Maria Rosalia DeVito. Digital record, retrieved from Antenati Gli Archivi per la Ricerca Anagrafica, Home › Sfoglia i registri › Archivio di Stato di Bari › Stato civile italiano › Toritto › Nati › 1893 › Immagine 110 (
http://dl.antenati.san.beniculturali.it/v/Archivio+di+Stato+di+Bari/Stato+civile+italiano/Toritto/Nati/1893/005121496_02942.jpg.html), July 11, 2018.
Name the source, name the record, provide a map to finding the record, URL, date retrieved. I just copy & paste the url of the record and copy and paste the "breadcrumbs" listed above the images. Their URLs were recently redone but for now older URLs are still resolving correctly to the new URLs (example:
https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Santoro-158).
FamilySearch has started showing some Antenati results in their searches, with external links (IIRC the link wasn't directly to the record in question, just the main site). I can't find an example of their citation format at the moment, though.
