Looking for the parents of Margaret Swan Schwartz.

She probably has a SSI Claim file somewhere with her parents listed

I found her claim file at Ancestry, dated 1975, no parents listed.  It was probably a benefit claim rather than a death claim.  Pennsylvania frustrates me no end.  Seems like if it didn't happen in Philadelphia, it didn't happen. 

There was a Charles and Sophie Swan (maybe nee Cook) in Montgomery County with a daughter Margretta the right age, but I couldn't find any records to tie them to Mrs Schwartz.

I found a Margaret M Swan. Born 12 Jun 1913 and died 11 Jul 1991. Father Richard Willa Swan 1870 1930 Mother Alberta Anna Conwell 1874 1930.

SSI 180 01 7900 same date of birth and death. All in Pennsylvania

Buried Hatfield Cemetery,Montgomery County pennsylvania

Name at death Margaret Schwartz and husband David E Schwartz.

Lance, I haven't found anything online.  The good new is, if Margaret was born in 1913, her birth certificate should become public record soon (105 years after her birth).  Once it's public, you can get it from the state.

Perhaps this is the correct person.  Father is Richard William Swan and mother is Alberta Anna Conwell.  The towns they lived in are within 5 miles of each other.
