I hope that someone here shall be available to identify the coat of arms mentioned in this ring seal of the XVth century???

It does not appear to me to be a coat of arms. It is more likely a crest,  badge or banner issued with respect to a particular coat of arms or just an ad hoc design created by the user. The fleur de lis is a very commonly used symbol in French heraldry.

Sure that this ring seal was certainly relative with a person of a royal lineage. The XVth century was a dark period for the kingdom of France. The most important period was around the story of johanne d'Arc. Perhaps that 1500€ isn't not very expensive for a possible precious ring seal???
