If you are just trying to establish whether you have English ancestors then start adding your tree.... Its amazing how quickly you will connect with distant relatives, not always blood relatives but by marriage etc. And again you can ask for help here :-)
A quick search of your Surname shows me there are Violetts in England, mainly London at the turn of the century. However it is not a common name and there is no Bill or William born between 1890 and 1915.
The manager of this profile hasn't been active for over a year, without messaging her directly there is no way of verifying who this profile is. The child is private so presumed living so I would assume that the profile manager knows more than she has included on the profile.
