I developed an issue using my wikitree id to gain access to the profiles I manage, as well as in using my own profile page. I log into my account and am sent to my page. On the upper right hand part of my page next to the "My WikiTree" column, it still says "Richardson-15066," as is to be expected. However, if I click on the "My WikiTree" to use the drop down button, I am treated as my brother, Richardson-15127. I can not edit the profile pages I edit since I am required to be on the trusted list. Notice that it lists my brother's email below this question box (redacted@yahoo.com). So even this G2G Help page thinks I am my brother.
Now, I assume this is all my fault, and it would be funny, if I had no desire to collaborate on this site and improve all the profiles I manage. As it is, I am dismayed and frustrated.
My brother recently received the results of his DNA testing. Since he is computer illiterate, as he says it, I run his page. I am just two steps above his level, which doesn't make me computer proficient at all. Smart me. I went to his page and added the DNA information. I assume it would be easier for him to be in charge of his own profile, so I set up his page and had him join. I added his email and whatever else had to be done. The next morning when I access WikiTree, this problem occurs.
I have no idea what I did to create this problem so I have no idea what to do to correct it. Help!
