PPP Profile for Leonard Stump needs a Project

Question

The profile for Leonard Stump(f) was project protected prior to the time when a Project was required to manage protected profiles. The leader who protected the profile did so due to the spelling of the surname.

Is the protection still needed? If so, which project should be responsible for Leonard?

On the other hand, the parents will surely need to be protected if they are ever sorted out (Palatine Migration, perhaps? Though that would not apply to Leonard, obviously).

I read only a portion of the Wikipedia article on West Virginia, to where it said West Virginia became a state after the Wheeling Convention in 1861. So I interpreted it to mean 1861, but, it was indeed after, 2 years after, in 1863!
