Lisa, I've done a couple of things over the years ... I've put all of my Grosse Ile profiles on my profile page (maybe a Free Space page would be better ??) ... have a look. Since you won't be able to actually see what I did, here's the first entry:
== My Grosse Île, Québec Profiles ==
{|class="wikitable" width="100%" style="border:2px solid #BBB"
| align="center" colspan="2"| <span style=" font-size: 14pt">
'''Grosse Île, Québec ... 3800-3899'''
|-
!Record Number[s]
!Name (* action required)
|-
| style="border:1px solid #BBB" colspan="4" |
|-
|style="border:1px solid #BBB" align="center" |3800, 27139
|style="border:1px solid #BBB" align="center" |'''[[Reddy-127|Catherine Reddy]]'''
|-
etc. etc. etc.

|}
For my Jewett relatives (10K of 'em or so!!!) I just use a spread sheet with a new page for each generation. I put in their number out of my Jewett source book, their name and a link to their profile. The format of that link, for example, is:
=HYPERLINK("
http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Jewett-2512")
The only real WikiTree option I can think of is your Watch List ...
