Birth certificate first name Robbin but she went by first name Robin since childhood including marriage licenses, legal docs, etc. How would you handle this?

Thank you!
Sorry to complicate the issue, but if Robin is used on all official documents including legal records, then there seems to be the strong potential that the name Robbin on the birth certificate is a mistake.  In which case perhaps it is better to explain it in the biography, but use Robin for first name and preferred name?

It might depend somewhat on the era we are talking about and whether the birth certificate is an original or a transcription.
"Robbin" on b/c is correct (b. 1952) - I saw it many years ago.
OK, I didn't realise we are talking about a recent birth certificate, it's perhaps less likely that a mistake was made.
