Look under the My WikiTree tab on the top of the page here, and click on GEDCOMs. You should see a link to your Gedcompare page for the GEDCOM that you uploaded.

You actually have to go through and add the information using your Gedcom. Its long and tedious, but the reasoning behind it is valid.

You can read about the gedcompare process, which is there to reduce the risk of adding duplicate profiles to Wikitree. You have to go through every person in your gedcom and review to see if they have an existing profile to Wikitree. After you have done the comparisons you will see Add buttons appear and can begin to create new profiles from your gedcom. It is usually best to start with a fairly small gedcom while you become familiar with the process.
