Hello, Martha, I'm intrigued that you say you have a collection of books regarding Overton County. My great-great grandparents, Jacob Teeple and Nancy Bilyeu were supposedly born there in 1806 - 1807, but I have been unable to find any record, and Jacob's parents are still unknown. Would you have the time to see if any of those books cover the time period I'm interested in? Jacob and the Bilyeu family removed to Illinois 1829-1830. Jacob died in a Union prison camp during the Civil War.
