My account is been blocked because your email ends up in spam.

Question

I was recently blocked from wikitree.com because as I have been informed I have reported wikitree as spam.  I am not sure what I can do I am not sending wikitree to spam when I check my spam it is been there.  I have info@wikitree.com placed in my contacts list. I am not sure what more I can do.  Please Help

Maybe your email provider is treating WikiTree as a spam source.

I've sometimes had problem with Comcast not delivering mail to me from certain valid senders because Comcast's system decided there was something wrong with the email source.

Emails normally come from noreply@wikitree.com, so you could try adding that to your list.

You should be able to whitelist any e-mail from the wikitree.com domain.

It's not 'our' e-mail.  We just hang out here to help fellow members.

Outlook and GMail are free and work great with WikiTree also the Chrome browser I find is best for using with WikiTree.

Check your spam folder and mark all WikiTree emails as not spam.

Go to your email setting and add WikiTree.com as allowed.

Would have been nice if you told us what email client/program you use.

My Email is with Yahoo.com and I use  Google Chrome if that helps.  Todays wikitree mail was in spam and yahoo says to ckick on "not Spam".  So I'll see what tomorrow brings...

I also use Yahoo but also use Outlook. My wife had the same problem and I showed her how to go to her spam folder and mark them not spam and move to her inbox. It took a while but her emails now go to her inbox folder instead of spam. Some years back Yahoo email had filters one could set but no longer as they say the email program now learns what emails you want in your inbox and what is spam by your choosing what is and is not spam.
