Info on George Levenus Riley

Question

I'm having trouble finding information on George.  He and my paternal grandmother, Celestine A watsnr had two children in 1952 and 1958.  She had married Howard Lane(b. 1905) in 1936.She was 16 and he was 31.  I'm not sure weather there was a death, divorce, or affair.

Hi, Tina,

Do you know if he was white? I have found a possibility in Dauphin County, PA but his middle initial is A.  I can't find any other George Rileys in the vicinity. Do you know where their children were born?

I'm not sure of his race.  The firsts a son born 2-27-1952 in Coatesville, Chester, County, PA.  The other a daughter who was born 1n October of 1958.I'm not sure where she was born.I got Goerge's name off his son's Dauphin County application for marriage license from August of 1972.  George is listed as deceased and his birthplace is listed as Acomac, VA.

Thanks for these clippings.  My birth date for Howard was incorrect .  He would have been born in 1915.   I think I found a a death record for  Howard in 1945 in WVA.
