Categories show numbers of sub-categories/profiles: Could this info be shown on higher category too?

Category pages list all sub-categories and profile pages and also state the number in each. Is there any way these numbers could be carried through and shown in brackets after that category's appearance on the next higher level category? At the moment you cannot tell from a category page whether its sub-categories are empty or not. Even if the numbers cannot be carried through, could an empty or not indicator be added? This would help considerably and avoid time wasted in opening empty categories checking for contents.

P.S. I tried saving the 'tech' tag but it then appears as 'bugs' so that might be a bug?  [issue striked out has been raised separately]

I doubt it's a bug.  You might like to suggest it as an 'improvement'

'tech' appears as a tag on other posts - I entered 'tech' as a tag and the tech tag appeared before saving - after saving it then defaulted to 'bugs' - I'll remove the defaulted 'bugs' tag from this post and raise that issue separately

Just click on the Wikiree + link on the category page.  It gives a complete count of subcats and profiles/spaces.

WikiTree+ is an excellent tool! :) However many WikiTreers would not think to use it and it does require extra clicks to reveal this information. It would be great if the ordinary category pages could display without further clicks the numbers for each sub-category it lists or an empty or not indicator of some description.
