This man born 1608 notes state he emigrated 1634 (from England).

Should the profile be marked "PGM"?

I would say yes if he was born in England-looking on the profile, it shows that he was born in West Saco, York, Maine.  Seems like his birthplace needs to be established.

The birth place is in what is know as the USA, his date of birth is 1608, something is not right there. The birth place is not possible, for  a person of European descent in 1608.
