G2G: Seeking descendants of Josiah Jarvis/Eliza Arnold, West Virginia, ~1850-1930

Question

(This is a companion request to the one I just made about William Riley/Marianne Jones...)  

Searching for my mother's father... I've triangulated a group of living genetic matches back to Josiah Jarvis (https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Jarvis-464) and Eliza Arnold (no profile yet) in West Virginia.  I'm starting the long process of tracking down all of their descendants to find my grandfather.  Ultimately I'm looking for someone born ~1908-1928 (probably closer to 1923 or so) who spent time in the MD/DC area in ~1948.  I've already got a good start at this on paper (really, a monster MS Word doc) based on info from Ancestry, etc., but I want to get it properly into Wikitree to make it easier to find connections.  Figured I'd mention it here in case anyone has trees that might already tie in easily.  I'm especially interested in linking this family to the Riley line through marriage (my grandfather's parents, grandparents, or great grandparents).

Wow, that was fast.  I got really, really lucky.  I started expanding the Riley line today and pretty quickly ran across one who married someone with a surname from one of the other genetic clusters I'm tied to (Sargent).  So I followed that family and in the next generation down immediately found one who had married a Jarvis.  One of their sons matches nearly all of the vague info we had gotten from my grandmother (name, locations, sibs, sib locations, etc.), plus some other corroborating info.  We have FTDNA matches that link to each of his four sets of great grandparents.  I'm ~99% confident that I've found my mother's father.  (Now what?!  More specifically, at what point can I be confident enough to actually link to him on WikiTree?)
