Is it a glitch or what? In my freespace page

saving an edit of a memory  and I get thrown to the doorstep - meaning I press the save button and I end up

https://www.wikitree.com/

here - so I back up and try again but that does not get me back to my freespace page.

https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Space:Sorting_table

navigate back to it and it did save so that's reassuring, but why do I get that exit?

I'm wondering if there was a time out - that you had the page open for too long? That has been known to happen. Some new profiles cannot be saved because they have timed out.

However, the time allowed to save a new profile or page is quite long.

I have checked and saved a new profile after being open for half an hour, but I think I do have probelms if it is still open after 1 hour...

Also did you have mutlple copies of that page open at the same time? THat can also cause a bug when trying to save.

I am just making some possible suggestions for why this could have happened.
oh no it did save, it is a page I have had, just editing in one box, not sure how long that window was open when that happened, let me think - twenty minutes maybe? the edit time now that was just a few minutes

I tried a "test" memory on one of my free space pages and saved it.   It saved OK and I was still on the free space page.   I then deleted the "test" and was taken to the WikiTree home page !!  https://www.wikitree.com/

Not sure why that would happen so I've put a couple of tags on your question for  the WikiTree team to see it.

what if you save the test, close and come back and edit the test memory - this is like the third or fourth time I had this weird reroute happen
Entered another test memory in a different free space page.   Saved it and stayed on same page OK.   Closed page then came back into it.   Edited the test and clicked on save -  sent immediately to WikiTree.com page !!
well than it is not just me - some quirky thing is happening
I'll try to figure out what is happening.
Thanks Jamie - much obliged.   When I deleted the second test above it took me to WikiTree.com page too.
Now I had put something in a memory on a freespace and so later copied and pasted and put it in the main part of that freespace and when I try to delete the memory it throws me to the front page again - this is goofy
