Edouard, we need a bit more information in order to help you. Where did this couple live?
I think Kate Rosetta Nice and her husband, George William Nice, both died in Bath. They were married in Christ Church, Malvern in Worcester on 7th Feb 1883.I think her father, Joseph Collins was also in Malvern.  I hope this helps, many thanks in advance, best as always, Ed
Are you trying to trace them back in time or forward to the present?
I am trying to trace them back in time. I believe they are of Irish ancestry, and there may have been a well known Irish surgeon amongst them.
I am also trying to trace the link between my side of the Nice family and the Nice Family in Ballarat, Australia. The Australan side of the family can be linked back to two brothers (Robert Nice and William Nice) and their wives, who were two sisters, (Ann and Eliizabeth Gates). They emigrated to Australia on the Castilian in 1858. Robert and William were the sons of James Nice and Ann Mothersole.
Robert born 1839, William born 1829, Rougham, Suffolk.

James seems to have remarried Sarah Morris in 1849.

But going back further, I think it may be at least a couple of generation before the two lines link up.
See Bath Burial Index. Kate Rosetta and George William Nice were buried in Lyncombe & Widcombe and St James cemetery, Bath

The current names are listed in the family bible started by my father, Albert Edward Collins Nice (the original family bible was given by a servant to the metal collection during World War !! because of its brass hinges).

Emma Collins died 1893 aged 69

Sidney George Collins  Age 65 Died 1925?

There is also an Allice Mary Hayes died Sept 21st 1909 aged 51
