Sounds more like FMP is taking over and doing a buyout of Living DNA.

So FMP did the same as My heritage and chose to get in on the DNA test taking phenomenon that is sweeping the world.

Not terribly surprised really.

If you read the comments of LivingDNA, it does not sound like a hostile takeover.  I think it's a great idea.
