Can we get a grand slam connection for Lou Gehrig?

Today in 1925, Lou Gehrig hit the first of his 23 grand slams. 

Anyone want to take a swing at getting him connected?

I believe I have a connection that should show up tonight. His wife's brother had a short marriage with a famous WASP who had a nicely done profile already on WikiTree that fortunately was already connected. It took a little wrangling to prove it was the right person, but I'm convinced that the tertiary news articles stating their relationship in a rather vague way are accurate.

I added a bit of his wife's Eleanor's tree that should pull him another 4-6 degrees closer. Let's see!

Today Lou is 36 degrees from Emily Brontë, 29 degrees from Steven Tibbetts and 27 degrees from Victoria of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland.
