A photo I wish to post to a public profile remains private.

Question

I have uploaded photo English-3447-2.jpg that I wish to appear on the public English-3447 profile for which I am profile manager.  The photo is on file but remains private.

The photo, circa1900, depicts six people who, I believe, do not yet have profiles.  These six are siblings.  I have listed their names in a comment which is shown on English-3447.  In that comment I have named four more siblings.  None of the ten siblings yet have profiles to my knowledge.

Is English-3447 currently tagged in the photo?

Click the image.

Under "In this image" click "[add/edit]"

In "Add person or free-space profile:" enter "English-3447"

Click "SAVE CHANGES TO IMAGE DETAILS"

If English-3447 is already listed as in this photo I'm not sure what's going on.

Thanks Nathan for your suggestion.  The profile identity was included in the photo id.  Just now I was able to place the photo in a comment box on English-3447.  It may also work as an inline item in a Bio.  Douglas

Narhan, your advice was correct.  I had removed the English-3447 from the box on the photo page because that person was not in the photo image.  That took away an essential link.  Once I put back English-3447 the photo is located where I first intended and is public.  Thanks, Douglas
