Save button doesn't work, any suggestions?

You will need to tell us more about what you were trying to save and the circumstances before anyone can help you. A common cause of save issues is when there is a save conflict because two copies of the page are being editied at the same time.

Tried to add my birthday and a few other fields. How do I ensure that there isn't more than one copy of the page open?

Just check the tabs in your browser. Since it was your own profile, nobobdy else would have been working on it at the same time. Another possible cause might have been a time out. Did you have the profile in edit mode for a long time?

I'm using my mobile phone , thank you,  I will try closing all tabs.

If that doesn’t help try logging out and then log in again. Copy what you are trying to save first so that you can paste it back in.
