What is the best and quickest way to get to my Bedfordshire Page.

Ok, following on from my post yesterday re getting around on Wikitree, here is my question: I am on my Profile, Mills-7658 and I want to get to the Bedfordshire Page, that I work on as Team Leader. What is the right and best way for me to get there?

you don't need a category to get to the Bedfordshire page.  Just make an ordinary link.  Take a look at my profile page, where I have done just that:

What I do is put the links to pages like this in the "scratch pad" of  my Nav Home Page. So I can find the County page, Team page, Suggestions report, etc etc all from the one starting place ( ie my "Nav Home Page")

I agree with Joe.     The other way is to delete your WikiTree ID from the URL and substitute say Space:Bedfordshire_Team and click on enter.

More or less wherever you are in WikiTree there is a dropdown menu for My WikiTree. In that menu there is an item Watchlist. You'll get to your watchlist of person profiles - but the switch to the tab for Free-Space profiles is quick and easy.

Provided, of course, that you're on the trusted list for the Space page.

I put all my personal and important links on my "SCRATCH PAD" from my Navigation Page.

If you want to make a link to the category page, you can write

[[:Category: Bedfordshire]]

with the extra : before the C.  That will display as a link without adding yourself to the category.

I think you'd better check with Martin Allen, Project Coordinator for Categories in the England Project.  I have a funny feeling he said not to use the colon inside the category.  I could be wrong, but I just vaguely remember something like that.
