how can I get rid of a merge in wiki tree ?

You can't undo a merge, if that's what you want to do.  If the merged profiles really represent two different people, the only way you can restore the original data is to re-create the profile that was merged away.  You may be able to find sufficient data in the changes log to recover the bio and source material, and it may involve making the connections to family members again for the merged away profile and removing any inappropriate connections on the merged-into profile.

Which you should only do if they are two distinctly different people, backed up by sources. Wikitree is a collaborative, single tree and there should only be one profile per person.
